Case Study
Pipestone Lodge
A complete rebrand and high-performance Next.js website rebuild for a premier fly-in fishing lodge on Pipestone Lake. We transformed a slow, outdated site into a lead-generation machine.

After
01
The Tear Down (Before)
Pipestone Lodge is a fly-in fishing destination with decades of history and a loyal guest base — but their online presence didn't reflect the caliber of the experience. The existing site was outdated, slow, and difficult for potential guests to navigate or book from.
They needed a brand identity that felt rooted in the wilderness but distinctly modern, and a website that could convert first-time visitors into booked guests — especially those searching for Ontario fishing lodges from the U.S. and Canada.
02
The Glow Up (After)
We started with the brand. A new logo was designed to capture the character of the lodge — rugged but refined, with a mark that works across digital and physical touchpoints from signage to embroidered hats.
The website was built from scratch with Next.js, optimized for performance and search visibility. Every page was designed to immerse visitors in the Pipestone experience: the lake, the cabins, the fishing, and the hospitality that brings guests back year after year.
Content strategy focused on the key search corridors — Northwestern Ontario fishing, fly-in lodges, walleye and muskie destinations — making sure the site ranks where it matters most.
03
The Result
Pipestone Lodge launched with a brand and website that finally matches the quality of their on-the-water experience. The site is fast, discoverable, and built to grow with the business.
