Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Boompah is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our site, using the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as a reference point to guide our efforts.
Standards We Follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a benchmark for our work. These guidelines help us make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Some of the things we actively work on:
- Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy
- ARIA landmarks and attributes for assistive technology
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigability across all interactive components
- Meaningful alt text for images and media
- Respecting user preferences for reduced motion
- Accessible forms with proper labels and error messaging
For Our Clients
We bring the same accessibility mindset to the websites and digital products we build for our clients. We try to make accessibility part of the process from the start rather than an afterthought. If your project has specific accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA, AODA, or the Accessible Canada Act), we're happy to scope that into your project plan.
Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we know our site may not be perfect. Some content may not yet meet every guideline. We regularly review our site and address issues as we find them. If you run into a barrier, we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
